Cachoeira Alta farm produces:

1. Pulped Coffee

The colored cherry coffee grains are collected and pulped in a way that some mucilage stays in the parchment transferring natural softness to the grains and they preserve the full body, typical of the best Brazilian coffees.

The all process is conducted under total respect to the environment. The water to be used within the process is analyzed in laboratory, what guarantees coffee quality. Rejects of the pulping process are stored in a double dam system so no effluent leaks to the exterior. It should be pointed that as a result of the used technology, with a water recycling system, the water consumption is kept at minimum.


2. Natural Coffee

The natural coffee finds good production conditions in the area of the project. The coffee lots are separated accordingly to its homogeneity. Natural coffee drying process is conducted in a specific area of pulped coffee.
